Linked Phone Numbers
Dota 2 players must register a unique phone number to their account in order to queue for Ranked matches. We believe having more Dota2 players using their primary accounts will have a positive effect on both Ranked and Unranked Matchmaking.
Dota Solo QueueAny Dota player who selects this option will be placed in matches where all ten players are queuing solo. You won't be mixed with parties anymore!
Matchmaking Behavior
Players who get low-priority matches now have duration-based ban from the Ranked queue, in addition to the current game-count-based low priority requirement.
Better detection for intentional feeding and botting has been added to minimize the negative effect on the experience of the Dota community.
